Q. How much does it cost to attend?

A. For all information on pricing and ticket availability, see each specific venue’s registration page. Prices vary from city to city.

Q. Can I bring someone with me?

A. Yes. We have special pricing for those who you want to bring with you. See your location’s registration form for details.

Q. What if I sign up and then I can’t make it.

A. We do not offer refunds. Your purchase price can be used to attend any other Bootcamp we offer or to purchase any of the services or programs offered by the hosts listed on the home page.

Q. Is special pricing offered?

A. Yes. There are several options.

  • Early bird ticket pricing is available to those who register early. Each cut-off date will be 30 days from the event date.
  • Each sponsor has a VIP code for their members and VIP’s.
  • Each state restaurant association has their own VIP code for their members. You should contact your state association for that code.
  • There is also special pricing if you want to bring a colleague, partner, client, spouse, friend or other acquaintance with you. See the “Bring-A-Friend” pricing on each venue’s registration page.
  • All past and present clients of Inside Hospitality and RestaurantWorx have VIP pricing available too. Contact Gary or Jeffrey for your code.

Q. What about travel and accomodations?

A. Each attendee is responsible for their own travel and transportation to and from the event site. The venue host facility usually accommodates attendees to the best of their ability and usually includes a special room rate for attendees. Be sure to check with the site venue for details or contact us via the contact form should you have any questions.

Q. Who should attend?

A. Anyone who needs to understand how social media can help their business become more in tune with guests expectations. Increased engagement with guests leads to deeper understanding of guests expectations. Understanding expectations leads to creating more and better value in the guest experience. More and better value leads to lower costs and increased profits through levels of guest loyalty.

Q. How does Day 2 work?

A. You bring issues from your business to the table and engage us one-on-one to talk about how to create a better marketing strategy using social media. This personal 1-on1 session is powerful in that you get answers about your specific business. We meet 1-on-1 with each attendee for as long as necessary to create a better marketing strategy. 1-on-1 sessions can last from 15 minutes up to 2 hours or more depending on your issues. This is why we limit it to just a few operators.

Q. What if I need to have deeper conversations on a topic other than just the basics?

A. We can have those conversations with you, during breaks, or before or after each day’s session. But you need to be your own advocate for your own education. Tell us what you need and we can provide for it.

Q. It is an ambitious agenda. Can you really cover all of it?

A. Depends on the level of experience of the attendees. We will ask you questions about your level of experience and need, then determine the what and why to cover to make sure each participant raises their awareness. Private sessions for different topics and discussions can and usually do happen.
