Things you should know about our events.

Check our those pages in the navigation that correspond to the appropriate location event nearest you, to learn more about the details of that specific location’s details.

Also understand, that you are entirely responsible for keeping abreast of changes that may occur either before or during the event. You should subscribe to one of several means we use to disseminate information about these events.

  • Through the submission of questions through the contact form on the red,  “contact” tab on the left hand side of any page.
  • By calling us at 877-535-2324.
  • Or by following the Bootcamp twitter account – @SMMBC2010 (use the “Follow Me” tab on the right hand side of any page).
  • Engaging the Online Chat widget at the lower right-hand side of the bottom of each page.

Emails are also sent to your email address you used when you registered. Except that we cannot guarantee you will receive them. We suggest you add us to your email list in your specific email software to make sure our emails do not go into your spam folder.

You will also receive your registration and payment confirmation receipt and tickets via the email you used at the time of your registration.

There are no refunds under any circumstances. If you miss an event, you many use your tickets at any other event location at any time up to one year from your original date of purchase. Or you may use the total amount of your fee towards any product or service we offer over the course of one year from the original date of purchase.

We are not responsible for any missed communication or miscommunication or the lack of communication about this event. You are responsible for your own attendance and due diligence towards booking your own travel, transportation and accommodations for the event
